A passenger scheduled for a demand-responsive trip who does not appear at the designated pick-up point and time and does not cancel the trip in advance. Transit agencies generally have as part of their policy the required amount of time a driver must wait before designating the passenger as a no show. Individual agencies also have a policy for how charges for that ride are handled and repeat reservations by a no show passenger.
