People who are age 60 and over (according to the Older American's Act). Elderly, by FTA regulations, is to "at a minimum, include all persons 65 years of age or over." FTA grantees are permitted to use a definition which extends this fare to younger (e.g., 60 and over, or 62 and over) persons.
