Abstract

In conjunction with toXcel and eScience & Technology Solutions (eSTS), this project will assess the effectiveness of the FMCSA Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) program, assess third-party training provider performance, and verify/validate compliance with ELDT minimum standards. September 29, 2021 through September 28, 2024.
