Title:	Recommendation Review for Discovery Elementary School, Grand Forks

Abstract

ATAC was contacted by the Grand Forks - East Grand Forks MPO to review the current status of ATAC's recommendations for Discovery Elementary School in Grand Forks. Due to its recent completion in 2015, the previous issues/recommendations found in an earlier study were to be reviewed and assessed to determine if an issue still existed. Issues found in 2013 have a status and staff comment on issues to include short-term parking location and spaces, stacking length, diagonal parking, and exclusive turn lanes. The next step would be to bring together all the stakeholders and have a discussion concerning the persistent issues and funding opportunities.
