Sub-Area Transit Planning Metro Area Transit: Moorhead Expansion & Alignment Study

The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (Metro COG) conducted the Moorhead Expansion & Alignment (MEA) Study in 2007 in response to changing community dynamics. The MEA developed transit expansion and alignment opportunities in the Moorhead and Dilworth portion of the Metro Area Transit (MAT) service area. Wade E. Kline, the project manager, will present on the plan development process, including public input process, route analysis, and alternatives development and analysis.

Wade E. Kline, AICP, is the Community Development Planner for Metro COG. Mr. Kline has been with Metro COG since 2002. Mr. Kline is responsible for Metro COG's Community Planning and Transit Planning Programs. Mr. Kline has previously worked for the Southern Windsor County Regional Planning Commission, Ascutney, VT, and the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and Greater Yellowstone Coalition, Bozeman, MT.
