Major Warren Simpson is a 28-year veteran of Arizona Department of Public Safety. His assignments have included the DUI Enforcement Unit, Operational Training, the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center, Management Services, Civil Service Business Manager and Commander for the Phoenix Metropolitan Highway Patrol Bureau. He was recently assigned as the Special Enforcement Bureau Commander which includes the Capitol District and two Commercial Vehicle Enforcement districts. Major Simpson oversees MCSAP operations as the state's lead agency. He has a degree from Northern Arizona University and is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command.
