Jill Rybar, MPH is Deputy Director for the TREDS (Training, Research and Education for Driving Safety) Program housed in the School of Medicine at UC San Diego. With over 30 years of experience working for public and private organizations, Jill has expertise in program management, training development and research. She currently directs professional training programs that aim to promote safety for all roadway users and contributes to California Strategic Highway Safety Plan initiatives.
