Michael Wieck

VP, ITS Data Solutions

International Road Dynamics

Michael Wieck is Vice President for ITS Data Solutions at International Road Dynamics. He is responsible for providing data and software as a service to IRD's customers, positioning IRD as a data solutions provider. In previous lives, Michael has held executive positions in sales and business development, technical and software management, and project management, in areas as diverse as advanced traveler information systems, traffic signal control hardware and software, GPS based congestion charging, parking guidance solutions, and design-build ITS deployments.

Michael holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Germany. He is a Project Management Professional with PMI. More importantly, he and his wife are raising their two daughters who despite his best efforts have chosen not to follow his engineering background – and still getting over it.
