Kevin served in the United States Navy in the military intelligence/special warfare arena from 1973 to 1979 and graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Business Administration in 1985.
Kevin has over 44 years of Information Systems, Computer Hardware/Software Integration, and Driver Licensing experience. Kevin has worked for a wide variety of employers, including NASA, where he worked on the first 3 Space Shuttle launches and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) where he was responsible for managing the Agency's Data Processing Center as well as providing computer hardware support for over 1,500 workstations.
Kevin joined AAMVAnet in August, 1997 as the Driver Systems Implementation Manager and became Manager of the Operations Department in June, 1998. In March of 2000 he assumed the position of CDL Safety Director in AAMVA's Programs department. He currently serves as Director of Driver Programs in AAMVA's Member Services and Public Affairs Division and is the staff liaison to the AAMVA Driver Committee.
