Danielle Franssen
Franssen is a senior in civil engineering from Cottage Grove, MN. She is active in the Society of Women Engineers, serving as head of the fundraising committee. She has been named to the dean's list numerous times and has received several scholarships including the ITS Minnesota Transportation Engineering Scholarship, the NDSU Helgason Engineering Scholarship and the Marathon Petroleum Engineering Scholarship.
After graduation she plans to attend Arizona State University where she hopes to earn a master's degree in sustainable engineering. She plans to put that expertise to work by using technology to improve the sustainability of the construction and engineering industry.
