Staff Bio
Jennifer joined UGPTI as the Technical Certification Program Manager and will be collaborating with NDSU and NDDOT to oversee the program to ensure quality and certification of individuals performing tests and inspections on construction materials. Plan and schedule training classes and instructors with the NDDOT while maintaining certifications and records of attendees.
