University of Utah Student is MPC Student of the Year

Congratulations to Vanessa McEntee who was named MPC Student of the Year. She was recognized during the Council of University Transportation Centers annual banquet, held at the opening of this month's Transportation Research Board meetings in Washington, D.C. McEntee is an engineer with Reaveley Engineers in Salt Lake City, UT, where she designs and retrofits commercial buildings, airports and hospitals. She is also continuing work on her master's degree at the University of Utah. Her research focuses on the repair and retrofit of concrete structures with carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) to increase the seismic resiliency of communities. Read more about McEntee.
