MPC University of Utah Student Is Scholarship Winner

University of Utah master's student Nuzhat Azra received the 2018 Ellis L. Mathes Scholarship from the Intermountain Section of the Institute of Traffic Engineers at the group's annual meeting in Jackson, WY. Two $2,000 scholarships are awarded annually to students in engineering with an emphasis in transportation. Azra is a graduate research assistant in the department of civil and environmental engineering. She earned her B.Sc. from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. At the University of Utah, she has served as ITE Student Chapter vice president and has worked on the Utah transportation and public safety crash data initiative.
