The Safe, Healthy and Resilient Communities (SHRC) PhD program at the University of Colorado Denver is a US Department of Education-sponsored Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need (GAANN) PhD fellowship program focusing on interdisciplinary training of fellows in areas of transportation engineering for safe, healthy, and resilient communities.
